Many conventional crystallized ginger products lean on a long list of preservatives and processing aids. Our Groovy Bee® Organic Crystallized Ginger keeps it simple: organic ginger root and organic cane sugar, nothing more. The ginger root is cooked and coated with organic cane sugar, then dried into crystallized chunks. The result is a clean snack with a spicy aroma and a slightly sweet ginger spice flavor. The chunks are small, crystallized and easy to eat by the handful or measure into recipes.

At the Health Ranger Store, ingredient quality matters. That is why we choose products with short ingredient lists and clean sourcing, and why we test every lot for glyphosate, heavy metals and microbiology.

Ginger has a long history of culinary and traditional use, and it remains one of the most popular botanicals in the world. A staple in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), ginger contains over a hundred bioactive compounds that can support your optimal digestive health and overall wellness.*

Crystallized ginger gives you a convenient, shelf-stable way to enjoy ginger in a snackable form. Keep a pouch in your desk drawer, your pantry or your emergency food supplies.

• Made with just two ingredients: organic ginger and organic cane sugar
• Non-GMO and certified organic and Kosher
• Packaged in a food-grade pouch to maintain freshness

Eat them straight from the 8-oz. pouch, or use them as a flavorful inclusion in baked goods, trail mixes, teas and confections.

Snacking: Enjoy a few chunks straight from the pouch as a sweet-and-spicy treat

Baking: Fold chopped chunks into cookies, quick breads, muffins and scones

Trail mix: Add chunks to your favorite trail mix or granola for a spicy-sweet kick

Tea: Steep a few chunks in hot water for a simple ginger tea

Confections: Use chunks as a flavorful inclusion in chocolates and other confections

Organic Freeze-Dried Crunchy Munchies Banana Mango Passion Fruit brings three of the world's tastiest fruits together in one can. Banana, mango and passion fruit are freeze-dried for a light, crunchy texture.

Each #10 can holds 10 oz (289 g) of freeze-dried fruit, and each 2-pack gives you a convenient supply for snacking, topping yogurt and oatmeal, or packing into emergency food storage. With 8 g servings, a #10 can goes a long way, with 35 servings per container.

Organic Freeze-Dried Crunchy Munchies Banana Apple Blackcurrant pairs banana and apple with the tart, deep flavor of blackcurrant. The result is a crisp, fruity snack with a little tang in every bite.

Freeze-drying keeps the crunch and lightens the weight, so these cans are easy to stack in the pantry and ready whenever hunger hits. Each 2-pack contains two 10 oz (289 g) #10 cans.

Organic Freeze-Dried Crunchy Munchies Banana Apple Cinnamon pairs banana and apple with a warm cinnamon note. Eat it straight from the can, or scatter it over yogurt, oatmeal and desserts for added crunch.

Like the other blends, it comes in a long-term storable #10 can 2-pack, so you can keep crunchy fruit snacks on hand for everyday snacking and emergency food supplies alike.

We keep our snacks simple. Our crystallized ginger is made with just two ingredients, organic ginger and organic cane sugar, with no preservatives, and our Crunchy Munchies are made from freeze-dried organic fruit purees in three fruit blends. We source carefully and test each lot for glyphosate, heavy metals and microbiology, so you can feel good about what you are eating.

Simple ingredients. Spicy-sweet and crunchy. Quality you can feel good about.

Keep Groovy Bee® Organic Crystallized Ginger on hand for spicy-sweet snacking and cooking, and add the Groovy Bee® Organic Freeze-Dried Crunchy Munchies #10 can 2-packs for crunchy fruit snacks that store for the long term. Together they cover everyday snacking, baking and emergency food supplies.
